Ashpura Minechem has informed the stock exchanges that the board of Ashpura Minechem will consider an issue of bonus shares to the shareholders of Ashpura Minechem in the coming board meeting on 27 June 2007. More details on the ratio of bonus issue and the record date will be available on 27 June 2007 after the board meeting ends. The share prices of Ashpura Minechem went up by 2.50% following this announcement.
