Axon Infotech has informed the stock exchanges that the board of Axon Infotech will meet on September 01, 2007 to consider the issue of bonus shares, among other things. More details about the bonus issue, including the ratio of the bonus issue and the record date for the bonus issue will be available on September 01, 2007 after the board meeting is over.
