14 May 07 Bharat Seats bonus issue & stock split
Bharat Seats has informed the Indian stock exchanges that the board of directors of Bharat Seats will meet on 24 May 2007 to consider splitting the face value of shares of Bharat Seats and to consider an issue of Bonus shares to the shareholders of Bharat Seats who hold shares of Bharat Seats on the record date.
Update : Bharat Seats Limited has fixed the record date for the 1:1 Bonus issue. The record date is 05 July 2007
