25 May 07 Bihar Tubes bonus issue
Bihar Tubes has informed the stock exchanges that the board of Bihar Tubes has fixed saturday, 26 May 2007 as the record date for the issue of bonus shares. Bihar Tubes’ board had earlier recommended an issue of bonus shares to the hsareholders of Bihar Tubes in the ratio of 1:1. The bonus issue will be made by capitalising the free reserves of Bihar Tubes.
