07 May 07 Bosch Chassis to issue bonus shares

Bosch Chassis Systems India has announced that its board of directors on 7 May 2007, declared a bonus issue in the ratio of one bonus share for every share (1:1) held by the shareholders of Bosch Chassis Systems on the record date which is yet to be announced by the board of Bosch Chassis Systems. Bosch Chassis Systems will issue the bonus shares by capitalising the free reserves of Bosch Chassis Systems.
