Brigade Enterprises IPO has a green shoe option which provides a cushion for investors since it acts as an insurance protecting against listing loss to a certain extent.

Can anyone guide me in investing in the coming Brigade Enterprise Ltd IPO’s, and how far it is safe, and getting good returns. what can be the listing profits as the company belong to real-estate which is an booming sector now a days.
it is good to hold the share for longterm or it is better to look only for short term profits.
