I still have not got my CBI IPO money returened. My attempt to contact Intime registry was not succeeded as the person who takes the phone does not answer properly or won’t transfer the phone to Mr.Mahadevan or the registrar. Some of the phone numbers are always busy (24 hrs) and 10 different phone numbers. How do I proceed legally to sue this Registrar, could you please give me how to proceed in this regard to get my money back(25,000)

I have applied for Central Bank IPO, 120 shares and deposited Rs 12240/- No share was alloted but the amount refunded to me too late and the last date exceeded for submit that cheque.I hav returned that cheque to you by speed post No-EE877744038IN on 15.11.2007 and the has been received on 18.1.2007 at 01.41.12 PM at Bhandup West but after that I have no information about my amount.

Tried checking the status of your application on intimespectrum.com however does not show so looks like you are not alloted shares. Got to the site and check for complete details where you will get details of your refund order.

Hi Bullish,

i applied for 120 shares at 12240/- in central bank of india.till date i am not getting my refund or any shares in my demat account and found no shares alloted to me in my demat account.my application no. is 15818019.

Could you pls tell me when I will get my refund? I want to invest in some other comapany.please help me in getting my refund.i am sure there is problem with in the company because i always get my refund of various companies for which i applied money in ipo.i have n’t change any address because i have permanent address.i have counter file.as well as bank statement of central bank

@asha – central bank ipo refund has been sent long back. If you have still not received it, it means that there is some postal delay/loss or the refund has been sent to a wrong address. contact intime spectrum and sort out the problem

It seems that shares have not been alloted to me and so far I have not received back refund order of above amount while my friends and other colleages have received back their refund orders.
