15 Aug 07 CNI Research to issue bonus shares

CNI Research has informed the stock exchanges that the board of CNI Research has recommended an issue of bonus shares to the shareholders of CNI Research. The bonus issue will be made in the ratio of 1:2 (1  bonus share for every 2 shares held as on record date for the bonus issue). The bonus issue is subject to approval from the shareholders of CNI Research in the ensuing AGM.
