The DLF listing date is July 05 2007. DLF will list on both the NSE and the BSE. DLF will also be traded in the futures and options segment on listing. DLF is likely to list at a premium to its FPO issue price because of the institutional interest involved in the IPO and also because of the current secondary market conditions which seem encouraging. Further most retail investors will not be able to sell at listing because most of them have opted for part payment option and will end up having non tradable partly paid shares. This will decrease the selling pressure on listing.
Hi
I have got 180 shares in retail segment. But i have paid only the partial amount. PLease tell me where and how to pay the rest of the amount.
Till this day, i didnt get any letter from DLF for pending payment. Also, i am in US and want to apy thru online. Pls thorw some light on this issue.
very true.
Please throw some light on Prabhus issue. I have got shares thru ICICIdirect.
I have got 300 share in retail segment full payment option. What are the chances of booking, listing profit? Whats recommended sell or hold?
I have applied for DLF and i believe the face value is Rs.2/- but my demat balances show “DLF LIMITED EQ PP RE. 1/-”. Is that something wrong ?
i called the registrar they said with in 2-3 days we should receive the notice which gives details regerding the payment which can be paid in the ICICI bank through checque or DD staing the notice no.
Hi AJ,
# DLF IPO has two payment methods for retail applicants.
# Payment Method 1:
Retail Individual Bidders can pay Rs. 150 per share on application of which Re. 1 will be credited to face value and Rs.149 towards premium. The payment of the balance amount will be payable by the due date.
# Payment Method 2:
Retail Individual Bidders can pay full application money while submitting the bid.
Per Equity Share Of Rs. 2/- Each
There is nothing wrong as you used part payment option while applying. Once you paid remaining amount it’s face value becomes 2.
if you can hold on to this scrip., nothing like., since lot of institutional invsetors have invsted quite a big amount in this mega issue…
i did check up with m/s karvy-registrars to the issue.
the letters of allotment & balance payable intimation is being posted to the shareholders.
as of date there is no proviison to pay online.
am sorry u will have to make alternate arrangements., through your freinds rtelatives in india.
I have recieved the following reply from Karvy.
Hope this will help you.
Sir,
The payment of allotment money can only be made through a cheque/DD. Currently facility for Online payment is not available. Notice for balance payment was despatched on 29-06-2007 and the last date for payment is 19-07-2007. Partly paid shares will be converted to fully paid upon confirmation of payment after 2 weeks from the last date of payment. Please ensure to quote your application number in all your future correspondence.

i had applied for 4 thousand shares by paying the whole amount in non institutional category from the brokarage group “Way To Wealth”. I was so unfortunate that all the money got refunded without getting a single share allotted. i don’t know wether its a mistake from who’s end but i feel i lost a good margin of amount.
i have been allotted 1000 DLF shares & had paid Rs5,50,000.i still haven’t recieved the remaining amount of Rs25,000 as the shares were fixed for Rs525 each. Can anyone advise on this.
i had applied 4000 shares of DLF Ltd & got reject without being allotted a single share. all the money has been refunded. I feel its a mistake of the brokerage company”Way To Wealth” who filled in my application & bid for it. will i get any acnowledgemnt of why i was rejected so that if there’s any mistake from the brokarage company i could take some action against them. Because iffel i lost a great margin of money in DLF as it didn’t get allotted
Can any one guess tomorrow what would be the listing price of DLF & is it worth holding it for a long time or beter to sell it tomorrow it self.
@Mamatha – My guesstimate is Rs. 550 to Rs.600
@Satish – Many people are facing this problem. DLF had included a clause in the prospectus that applications made on the last few hours might not get into the system and hence stand a chance of being rejected. Ask for the TRS receipt from your broker. It is likely that due to the huge number of applications received in the last few hours, a few applications might have been left out due to the lack of time available to update them in the system.
I have got 30 shares in retail segment. But i have paid only the partial amount. PLease tell me where and how to pay the rest of the amount.

You will not see these shares through ICICI Direct account may be because they are partly paid. Go through your bank account and look for dmat statement over there. You will find these listed there as PP FV Re 1.

DLF to bag $10-20 bn B’lore township
PTI[ TUESDAY, JULY 10, 2007 09:02:57 PM]
NEW DELHI: Real estate giant DLF is set to bag a township project in Bangalore spread over 9,000 acres that could entail an investment of about $10-20 billion.
DLF has emerged as the sole bidder for the project, which is to be developed on the outskirts of Bangalore, industry sources said.
When contacted, a DLF official refused to comment as the bidding process has not been completed.
The township would be about three times of Gurgaon city, being developed by the DLF. The project would have housing complex, malls, commercial space, schools, clubs, hospitals and hotels among other facilities.
After floating the India’s largest IPO of over Rs 9,000 crore, this is the second big project where the company has emerged as the sole bidder.
Earlier, DLF was the only bidder for a convention centre project spread over 35 acre in Delhi to be developed at a cost of Rs 3,000 crore.
DLF has a land bank of about 11,000 acre and has presence in all verticals of real estate.
The company has also forayed into hotel, insurance and infrastructure business.

Hi all,
This is for all the people who have not received the call notice.
I was in the same situation as yours, Please sent a mail to einward.ris@karvy.com with the following details:
your name and address
your ipo application no
your DP id
they will send you a soft copy of your call notice, then you can just take a print out of that mail and make the payment in the bank.
Cheers
