But why are they(Essar stee) delisting it?? The company is doing well and they are good market base and the PE ratio of 9.47 with EPS @ Rs.5.47. In addition Essar Group is one among those companies who have outperformed in 1990’s.
So why the management has to take backfoot by delisting the shares.

In the current scenario when the industry is heading towards growth why should’nt the management think of revising their stratergy.
