The Everonn Systems IPO closed for subscription today. The Everonn IPO was subscribed by a whooping 131.5 times. I have never seen an IPO getting oversubscribed by so many times ever in the past 5-6 years. The investment bankers managing the Everonn IPO issue seem to have made a huge mistake in valuation. The Everonn IPO was very under-priced and hence it got lapped up by all categories of investors. I’m glad I didn’t apply in the Everonn IPO, as there is only a very very remote chance of getting allotment. Those lucky enough to get allotment would laugh all the way to the bank when Everonn systems lists on the stock markets.
The retail investor category in the Everonn IPO got subscribed by about 124 times (oversubscribed by about 123 times). Hence all investors who applied in the Everonn Systems IPO will get allotment only through the lottery system. No matter how many shares applied for, firm allotment won’t be made Though those lucky to get allotment can expect huge listing gains, the chances of getting allotment is extremely low. Institutional investor category in the Everonn Systems IPO has been subscribed by 93 times (oversubscribed 92 times) and the High Networth Individual category has been subscribed close to a whooping 278 times (oversubscription ratio : 276 times). Overall, the Everonn Systems IPO has been subscribed by 131.5 times (oversubscribed 130.5 times).
Everonn Systems India Limited is likely to have an excellent listing and will provide good listing gains for those who are lucky enough to get allotment of shares. The listing date of Everonn Systems India Limited is likely to be somewhere in the end of July. Everonn Systems India Limited will list both on the NSE and the BSE. Investors who have invested in the Everonn Systems India IPO can expect to receive the IPO refund in the final week of July through ECS. Allotment is likely to be made a few days before the listing date. The allotment status of Everonn Systems IPO and the details for checking the allotment status online will be posted here as soon as they are available. Good luck to all those who applied in the Everonn IPO.

It is understood that Tata steel has decided to give right issue to the existing share holders at the rate of one share for every five shares one is holding and it will cost Rs.300/- only. Can any one tell me the record date for this. Have anyone got this right issue till now? Similarly,it is heard that Federal Bank also has decided to give right issue.Details of this are not known.
Regarding Moserbaer, it is understood that they have decided to give one bonus share for every two shares one is holding. What is the record date for this? I have purchased 50 shares on 16-07-07. Will I be eligible for this?
Is there any point in applying any of this now?
hii,
hii,
what about the everon allotment
hello sir,
i want to say that why only big investor has been given isuue.
why not small investor is not alloted share for minimum intial public offer
Hi All,
Everonn IPO allotment is going to be done on 26th July 2007 as per the information from Cameo services which is the registrar for this issue. I hope everyone is waiting for the allotment but eventhose who applied for the maximum in Retail part ie 700 shares the allotment chances are 1 : 8 ie 1 out of 8 will get allotment. The less the number of shares, the less the chances of getting allotment.
Good luck to all of you
Cheers,
kanth
how we know about allotment now.
how to check everron status
What is the date of allotment of IPO of Everonn Systems India Ltd. and where can I see my allotment status?
kindly inform me the attotment of Everonn ipo
I wonder how Kanth arrived at the ratio of 1:8 for everonn because since it was oversubscribed 131 in the retail segment, I see a possibility of only 1:131 that is 1 share for every 131 applied.
As for Mintu and Nilofer, you will be informed 1 day prior to the listing by your bank/broker
As for ashok kumar, small investors are not allocated a minimum number of shares because it’s not possible to do so since the number of subscribers are more than the number of shares and everyone will demand a share of the pie. Thats why they have to resort to Lottery System
As for Malu it’s an excellent idea to purchase even after the listing because its a good share in the long term (1 year) provided the market does not crash like it did on May 11,2006
Has anybody got the refunds for everonn systems..
nobody get refunds for everonn systems.
