The Everonn Systems IPO has been subscribed 3.12 times as of Monday. With two more days still left for subscription, I won’t be suprised if the Everonn Systems IPO gets oversubscribed by more than 30-40 times. The issue size of Everonn Systems IPO is just 50 crores and hence the IPO is likely to get oversubscribed heavily. Also, looking at the listing gains offered by some IPO’s which got listed recently in the stock market, more and more people have started investing in IPO’s. The retail investor category in the Everonn Systems IPO has been subscribed by 3.14 times while the institutional investor category has been subscribed by about 4 times.
I have a query w.r.t to Non-Institutional Buyer category. I have 2 lakhs with me right now. Can I apply for an IPO under the Non-Institutional Buyer category or should I apply only under Retail investor? Please help.
Don’t apply through the non institutional category. It has only 15% allocation and hence will get heavily oversubscribed. Instead of investing 2 lakhs thro non institutional category, if you invest 1 lakh in retail category you are likely to get more allotment.
I suggest you apply using 2 applications (1 lakh each). Please note that the first name should be different in each of the demat accounts. For the second application you can use your family / friends’ demat account.

I too was in same dilema since about last fortnight but I ultimately made my mind to invest via retail category only as units offered is 35% of total issue size as against only 15% reservation for NII category. Then it is my observation that NII category usually swells disproportionately on last two days of any issue as high net worth people do not have to face technical problems like shortage of forms, non availability of online brokerage link etc. Moreover when retail investors can oversubscribe by “n” number of times, one should always expect NII oversubscription by “2 n” times. Thus it is advisable to apply through retail category i.e. Within one lack limit.

I have a query regarding everonn IPO. What is the minimum premium amount one should expect when this IPO gets listed. Should we hold it for long term gains.
@ bullish indian..
can u tell me is it better to apply for max retail category i.e. 1 lac thru one a/c or apply wid small amts but wid more a/c’s to have a better chance of allotment in everonn
@Jack – Grey market premium is around 350. So that should serve as a rough indication of the listing premium of everon systems
@rahul – 1 lakh thru 1 account will increase your chances of receiving allotment.
Any information about the allocation details of everon IPO ?
how can i find out if i have been allocated any shares or not ?
