04 Jun 07 Gemini Communication : Record Date for issue of bonus shares
Gemini Communication has informed the stock exchanges that the board of directors of Gemini Communication have fixed July 18, 2007 as the Record Date to determine the shareholders of Gemini Communications who are eligible for the issue of bonus shares. Gemini Communication will issue bonus shares to the equity shareholders of Gemini Communication at the ratio of 1 bonus share for every 1 equity shares held in the Company on the record date.

Till date I have also not received the Bonus shares. I don’t think there is a fixed time for dispatching the sahres but usually within 30 days the shares are credited directly, should be done within a weeks time

Hey Buddies,
I had contacted the Gemini Communications, Registrar for bonus issue shares. They told they will be doing it last month end. But nothing happend. So its a loss for investors, waiting for it for almost 3 months.
