The Listing date of IVR Prime Urban Developers Limited, as announced by the stock exchanges is Thursday, August 16, 2007. The NSE symbol of IVR Prime Urban Developers Limited is IVRPRIME. Since real estate stocks have not performed well in the recent past, IVR PRIME might not have a great listing and infact it might even list at a discount to its IPO issue price.

I would like to inform a small change in the announcement given by you. IVRPRIME listing date is August 16th but it is not wednesday and it comes on Thursday.Please make this correction for the sake of boarders as Wednesday is August 15th and it is a National Holiday.

although I have not invested in the IVR IPO, I feel it should give a Rs.20 profit on listing, as QIB was oversubscribed by 6 times, and considering that it is a good long term story.
I seek your advise on should I buy IVR on listing, or should I instead put my money in DLF / Unitech

IVR Prime is trading much below it’s issue price, any idea if investors should hold on to it(hoping that the price will increase if the market enters the bull phase), if so, for how long?
I have purchased 100 IVR Prime shares @ 450/-, now it is trading @361/-, pl. inform, whether I should hold these shares, and upto what time, or sale it now.
I have applied IVR prime IPOs for 20*600=12000, on 26th july, 2007.
I got 15 shares alloted.
Till now the remaining amount has not been refunded. Please let me know the status ?
