19 Jul 07 Kirloskar Oil Engines to issue Bonus Shares

Kirloskar Oil Engines hit year high today after the company informed the stock exchanges that the board of Kirloskar Oil Engines have approved the issue of bonus shares. Kirloskar Oil Engines will be issuing bonus shares to existing shareholders of Kirloskar Oil Engines in the ratio of 1:1 (1 bonus share for every share held). The record date for the bonus issue is yet to be announced.

   Till then i guess the price would be stabalised ..

   I have purchased 10 shares of kirloskar oil on 22nd oct-2007 & the record date for bonus share was 27th oct-2007.
   Wheather I am eligible for bonus share? if yes the same is not reflected in my demat account
   What is the time period fixed for allotment such bonus shares after record date

   i HAVE 50 SHARES OF IOC HOWEVER WHEN IS THE BONUS SHARES GETTING CREDITED TO SHARES HOLDERS, MAY PLEASE SOMEBODY TELL ME!
