Modern Steels Limited has informed the stock exchanges that the board of Modern Steels has fixed the record date for the bonus issue. As per the announcement made with NSE and BSE, the record date for the Modern Steels bonus issue is the 1st of October, 2007. October 01, 2007. Shareholders of Modern Steels who’s names appear in the register of shareholders of Modern Steels as on 01, October, 2007 will get the bonus shares in the ratio of three Bonus Shares for every two equity shares held by them.
