After many mails I was said to make a indeminity bond to take my refund payment but the name of your refund banker and address is not given.
Please help in this matter.

Is there anyway one can find out who actually are private equity holders in MPSEZ?

can we get their details like names and value or % of sharelholding allotted?

I applied for 225 shares of Mundra Port and paid fully with the application.

My application number is 63715639

I have been alloted only 15 shares but the refund of remaining amount I am yet to receive. How ever all others have got their refund.

The Rest of the Money is yet to be creditted to the account it almost a month.
Why is the Co. not bothered to return the money.
According to the norms legal action could be taken if it is not returned in time.
