12 May 07 Nandan Exim rights issue
Nandan Exim has filed for a rights issue of 151830188 equity shares. Nandan Exim will announce the rights issue price soon. Nandan Exim will issue 15.18 crore rights shares to the existing shareholders of Nandan Exim as on the record date which will be announced by the board of Nandan Exim soon. Nandan Exim will raise Rs. 45.54 crores through this rights issue.

I have recevied right issue CAF of NANDAN EXIM LIMITD.
But i am not clear which bank name I have to write.
In CAF DD is to be made in favour of “Name of bank-NEL Right issue”.
NEVER MIND, DONT APPLY ANYMORE FOR THIS ISSUE, IT HAS PERFORMED VERY POORLY….SEE THE RESULTS.
PROBABLY THE PROMOTERS ARE RIGGING THE PRICE.

i have applied for 3000 right issue worth of Rs. 9000/- with bank draft, but till date i dont received my right issue shares in my Dmat A/c. kindly tell me whom to contact for detail enuiry of my money or right shares as the date for issue 28 dec 2007 has alredy crossed.
