25 Sep 07 Network 18 (TV18) Bonus Issue Record date fixed

Network 18, formerly known as TV18, has informed the stock exchanges that the board of Network 18 has fixed the record date for the bonus issue. The Record date for the Network 18 bonus issue has been fixed as October 18, 2007. Shareholders of Network 18 who’s names appear in the shareholders register, will be eligible for the issue of bonus shares.

   Is the bonus share issue for the TV18 (now Network 18) or for its financial arm – Network 18 Fincap.

   Please clarify.
