28 May 07 Northgate Technologies to issue bonus shares
Northgate Technologies has informed the stock exchanges that the board of Northgate Technologies has recommended an issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1 : 1 (one new bonus share for every one share held) to the existing shareholders of Northgate Technologies. Following this announcement, the shares of Northgate Technologies zoomed by 10% to Rs 1122.20
