Opto Circuits Bonus Issue has been recommended by the board of directors of Opto Circuits India Limited in the board meeting that was held earlier today. Certainly, bonus issue seems to be the in-thing these days. Almost every other day, one company or the other seems to be declaring a bonus issue to arrest the huge fall in the share prices of the respective company’s shares, due to the negative market sentiments. Record date for the receipt of Opto Circuits Bonus shares will be announced in the next few weeks.
