25 Aug 07 Parenteral Drugs to issue Bonus shares
Parenteral Drugs Limited has informed the stock exchnages that the board of Parenteral Drugs will meet on September 03, 2007 to consider an issue of bonus shares to the shareholders of Parenteral Drugs. The board will also recommend dividend and approve the audited financial statements. The record date for the bonus issue will be announced on September 03, 2007 after the board meeting is over.
