Ramco Systems Rights Issue will be discussed by the board of directors in the meeting that is scheduled to be held on the 10th of July. With inflation spiralling towards the 12% mark and the uncertainty over the political climate in the country, the Indian stock markets are hitting new lows every successive week. Now that the follow-on public issue (FPO) route seems to be closed to companies because of the prevailing bearish market sentiments, more and more companies are taking the rights issue route to raise capital. Ramco Systems is the third company that has announced intentions of going in for a rights issue this month.
