20 Apr 07 Record Date for Merger of Visualsoft Technologies and Megasoft Limited

Visualsoft Technologies Limited has informed the Indian stock exchanges that they have recieved Court approvals for the merger of Visualsoft Technologies and Megasoft Limited and the effective date for the same is March 29, 2007. The record date for arriving at the list of shareholders of VisualSoft Technologies Limited for issue of shares of Megasoft Limited in terms of the Scheme of amalgamation, duly approved by the high court has been fixed by the Board of Directors of the transferee company as Wednesday, 9th May 2007.
