12 Oct 07 Rolta Bonus Issue – Rolta India to issue Bonus Shares
Rolta India Limited, a leading Indian software firm, today announced that the board of Rolta will meet on October 22, 2007 to consider an issue of bonus shares to the shareholders of Rolta. The share prices of Rolta zoomed after this announcement was made. More details about the Rolta Bonus Issue including the record date of the Rolta Bonus Issue and the ratio of the Bonus Issue will be available on Oct 22.

Rolta is a not good stock in my view. Value of share increase is just volatile. Actual support of this share is Rs.250-257.
I know Rolta’s management policies in company; is not good. And recently they started Rolta Academy is just worst thing started in Rolta and they announcing more regarding this Academy. After this Academy started Rolta’s share value increases; but this is completly unsupported. so as early as possible you leave from this stock.
i m agree with above comment.the mangement policy inside the office is not good.so…in my opinion leave the stock asap.
