Saamya Biotech limited is coming out with a public issue of 1,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each issued for cash at par aggregating Rs.15crores. The face value of the equity shares is Rs.10 per share and the issue price is one times the face value. The net issue to the public will constitute 58.49% of the total post issue paid up capital of saamya biotech (india) limited. The shares of Saamya Biotech ltd. are proposed to be listed on the BSE.

complaint
the ipo opened on the 25th sept-2007 but as yet
we have not received the forms of saamya biotech ipo untill the night of 27th sept-2007
where as the ipo will closes on 28th sept-2007
so please tell us how our clients will fill the forms and submit which they have been demanding
vociferously.
