Satra Property informed the stock exchnages that the board of Satra Properties has approved the proposed issue of bonus shares to the shareholders. The Satra Property Bonus issue is now pending shareholder approval. Satra Property had earlier announced that its board would meet today to discuss an issue of bonus shares to the shareholders of Satra Properties. The Satra Property Bonus issue ratio has been fixed at 2:1. The record date for the Satra Properties is yet to be announced.
