i purchased 20 sbi shares on 15th jan 2008..bt didnt receive the offer letter\application for right issue…

Dear Sir
Please adivce whether should I apply for rights isuue of SBI, as the CMP is comming nearer and nearer to right’s price. Is it advicable???
Whether SBI will consider the downward revision of its rights price.

Hi
Is there a specific timeperiod i should have owned SBI shares to appli for rights issue.
If i buy SBI shares in last week of Jan or first of Feb, will i be eligilble to apply for rights issue?

I usually transact though an online DMat account. Please suggest the right time to buy SBI shares and any minimum number of them before the rights issue.
