19 May 08 Shipping Corporation Bonus Issue approved
The board of Shipping Corporation of India has approved the issue of bonus shares to the shareholders of the company in the ratio 1:2, wherin shareholders holding shares as on the record date for the bonus issue, will get 1 bonus share for every 2 existing shares that they hold in SCI.
