Simplex refund is through registered post as per cameoIndia. How come it is not thru ECS? Will I get the check?

I applied for Everonn (200 shares),Simplex (240),Omaxe(300) and Zylog(100)but not even a single share alloted for me for everonn and simplex . Any body can please tell when is the listing date of omaxe and zylog.
