25 Apr 07 Tripex Overseas Limited Bonus Issue
Tripex Overseas Limited has informed the Indian stock exchanges that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Tripex Overseas will be held on April 30, 2007 to consider issue of bonus shares to the shareholders of Tripex Overseas. The ratio in which bonus shares will be alloted to eligible shareholders of Tripex Overseas will also be decided in the same meeting.
