05 Aug 07 Vinati Organics to issue Bonus Shares
Vinati Organics Limited has informed the stock exchanges that the Board of directors of Vinati Organics have approved the issue of bonus shares to the shareholders of Vinati Organics Limited on the board meeting held on July 31 2007. The bonus issue will be made in the ratio of 1:2 (1 bonus share for every 2 shares held) as on the record date for the purpose of the bonus issue. The record date has not yet been announced by the board of Vinati Organics Limited. The bonus issue is subject to approval from the shareholders of Vinati Organics Limited in the ensuing AGM.

It is to inform that I was allotted 100 equity shares of Vinati Organics Limited on 25th January, 1992. The Regd. Folio of my Share Certificate is VIL 00108 being Certificate No. 00018723 in the joint name of Mr. Lalan Kumar Verma & Mrs. Shefalika Verma.
Kindly let me know the present status of my shares. I have also shifted to my permanent house. Therefore,kindly also let me know the process of changing of address. What is the market price of the shares at present? Pl. inform immediately.
