Vipul Limited has informed the stock exchanges that the board of directors of Vipul will meet on August 30, 2007 to  consider the proposal of splitting the face value (stock split) of the company’s shares. The record date for the stock split and the ratio of the stock split will also be decided in the board meeting and will be announced on August 30, 2007
